Our Chef and his Team
Head chef Michael Bakhet, ex Rockpool Bar & Grill and Spice Temple, aims to excite your palate through every season of the year. His ‘simple but delicious’ philosophy can be seen extensively throughout our menus. Whether it’s a conference, cocktail or sit down you will be sure to have had his creative touch define your menu. His team go above and beyond to make sure each event leaves a memorable food experience for all our guests.
Our Awards
European Catering is one of the very first catering firms in Sydney that achieved satisfactory food safety, professionalism and work standards. Being granted a Gold Licence Caterer Award enables us to be a preferred caterer of several prestigious venues in Sydney. Nonetheless our high standard does not stop there, we are also HACCP certified and have been recently awarded the National & State Winner for the Awards for Excellence 2019.
